Later models went to a smaller center hub

Mine falls out a lot too. But bashing rocks and 33s don't help.
Firestone does a lifetime alignment. Well worth the money!

The rear 2 are supposed to be on at all times.
Tap the glass. I bet the other one comes on

I can't remember for sure...but I think you're right.
Without pressure, a compressor won't engage.

I always forget to post updates....ugh. Sorry guys.
Long story short, I did UCAs, LCAs, ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, idler, axles, bearings, and brakes.
Then I bought some wheels and tires. Then I built a bumper.
Been busy lately!

List looks pretty good so far man!
As far as ARP studs, you'll be fine without.
Don't forget a lot of the little gaskets for reassembly, like all the intake gaskets, TB gasket, etc.
As long as you're going the heads, get those rear cam seals!
Lets see......spark plug wires are good too.
I'm just trying to think of all the little PITA stuff to get to....
I'd say as long as things are off as well, and you have some free time waiting for heads to get back, there's a lot of good FSM procedures for checking all the sensors and coils. Good time to make sure all those are up to snuff.....

Nice man.
I'd say definitely post some pics for future reference!

Hell yeah Josh. Good write up!
So in basic summation....add the 4AWG line to the battery, while retaining the 8AWG original line. Then replace the stock ground with 4, and add the extra 4 to the timing area off the rear case of the alternator?
I know I've read on the FB group before about rerouting the stock 8AWG positive away from the intake/GET. Any insight to that?
I think I may dive into this tomorrow or Sunday. I need to get things up to par for adding my auxiliary battery in the rear.

Well done man!

So....the free time I do have is limited lately. Funds? Even more so.
But occasionally I get to have a little fun.
Went down to a local steel supplier a while ago, and dug through their drop yard.
Came home with a good amount of 1/8" steel, and did some cutting and welding.
The bumper is definitely not done yet. Planning to fill the corners, and add a few provisions.

But for just a Friday off....I'd say I made some decent progress.

I may be coming into a few of these obscure wire plugs in the future. I have a couple small projects planned for them, so I was wondering if a quick harness extension could remedy the issue.

Thanks for reminding me.  I need to move the seat heater switches back to there.  I got a new console, and i thought it had a working cupholder.  Couldn't figure out how to get the wire up there with the cupholder present, so i put the switches in oem location. (They were relocated on my first console)

Then cupholder turned out to be broken anyways, so now i'm just super annoyed with the switches in oem location.  (And i plugged them in backwards, so passenger side is on driver, and vice versa. Ugh.)

If I could design some plug-and-play extensions to get around the cupholder, think they could work? I can't really get at mine to look right now, but if I recall correctly, it seems like an extension could help them clear the issue.....
