How do you get your pictures into the thread instead of as an attachment?

They need to be already hosted somewhere and then "insert image" and use the image's url.

You can also go back and edit your post once you've uploaded an attachment and copy the URL of the attachment, then use the "insert image" I spoke about above. The only downside is now your newly edited post will show the image where you want it, but you still have the thumbnail at the end of your post with the same image. It is handy if you are doing a tech post for example, and want to have the uploaded pic at a particular point.

The pic I've just uploaded below could be also nested in here, if I rightclicked after uploading, and right clicked it to get its URL. Then I'd just edit this post to add it in as an image.

Hope this makes sense. Not ideal, but doable.

Mr. G-G, those are some fine rigs, and great photographs!

Yes, it actually does make sense, I appreciate it!

And I agree on Mr. G-G, I especially like that Monty Sport.  Probably the cleanest looking one I've ever seen.

Thanks! The auto that it come with really is completely bonkers. It holds a shift waaaay longer than I would. It'll go to 7k rpm in every gear if you let it have its way.

Now - let's deal with the matter at hand, Mr. Pug. Pics. Of your Strada. Where? Why you make us wait?
